West Village studio apartment available for month of July and August. Studio located in 18th century carraige house on beautiful tree-lined cobblestone street in West Village. One block from Hudson River Park, 5 blocks from meat-packing district, 10 minute walk to Soho. South facing, large casement windows, high ceiling, hardwood floors, charm, and flooded with sunlight. the apartment is located on 12th Street between Greenwich and Washington - a few blocks from the ACE and 123 subway lines. it is about 400 square feet with a vaulted ceiling and large casement windows so i feels larger than it is. the bed is a queen size located in a nook. the living room has a built in bench with cushions (about the size of a sofa) and a chair/ottoman. it is on the third floor (top floor) of a very old carraige house. in the old days horse and buggys would pull up in front and travelers would stay overnight in one of the apartments. We have all - linens, dishes and cookware, cable, phone, stove, refridgerator, and ceiling fan. As far as when/ how often i want to sublet ---- for now i just want to sublet for this July and i would consider subleting for the thanksgiving holiday, Xmas and New Year as well. We prefer to rent it for the whole month or holiday season.
